  Took my snow blower there for service they had it sitting there for an extra 2 weeks until I called because they can't read there own handwriting. Got it back missing the snow chute. They claimed I brought it to them missing parts. Spoke with a manager of some kind, told me I was wrong and they do not have and will not replace the parts that were lost. I MUST have them. Also when I got the machine home after I very angrily walked out, they didn't reattach the hood, the spark plug was missing, the cover from the cylinder was laying in the engine compartment. Also there was grass clippings in the cylinder. I'm assuming they just left it open like that in their shop. HORRIBLE. I MUST HAVE THE PARTS AT HOME... never going back.
